How To Control Project Viewability (Privacy)

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the desired project. You may be a part of one or many.
2. Once in the desired project, click the settings icon to access the project's settings.
3. Once in the project settings, scroll down until you see the "Visibility Settings" section.
   
   1. Selecting "Public" will make this project visible and accessible to all flimers associated with your team or that have filmed for you in the past. They will not need to be given permission to enter and film to this project. 
   2. Selecting "Private" will make the project invisible and inaccessible filmers unless they are explicitly invited to it. You can invite filmers via smart link, join code, or directly by email. For more information on how to onboard filmers, read this article.
