      How To Enable Or Renable Cinebody Push Notifications On Your Device

      Push notifications allow project managers to send you direction and reminders about the projects that you are a part of so it's important to have them enabled. Watch the video below to see how to enable or re-enable push notifications.

      Step-By-Step Instructions

      1. Navigate to the 'alerts' page by tapping the 'bell' shaped icon at the bottom-right of your screen. This page houses and logs all of the notifications you have received from the projects you are apart of. If this page is empty, you may have not received any notifications yet.
      2. If you do not have push notifications enabled for Cinebody, a red disclaimer will appear at the top of this page. Tap the message to be automatically directed to your device's Cinebody settings. 
      3. Select the "Notifications" option. 
      4. Enable the "Allow Notifications" setting and ensure that "Lock Screen," "Notification Center," and "Banners" are all checked. Push notifications will now appear when sent by project managers.
