Step-By-Step Instructions
- After filming or uploading a clip, its upload status can be seen on the 'profile' page, accessible by tapping the icon at the bottom-left of the app. Clips that are still uploading will display a blue loading circle at the top-right of the clip's thumbnail. Since clips are uploaded sequentially, a clip that becomes 'stuck' uploading prevent other clips from uploading as well so you may opt to pause and manually restart the upload.
- To do this, tap the 'pause' icon next to the clip's thumbnail. This will stop the clip from uploading and the loading circle will be replaced by a blue 'arrow' icon.
- Tap the blue 'arrow' to prompt the clip to begin uploading again.
- When the clip has been successfully uploaded, the clip's thumbnail will display a green 'checkmark' in the top-right corner.
Tip: If clips continue to become stuck in the upload process, it is likely due to poor connection. Try establishing a stronger connection or connect to WiFi then repeat the steps above.
