How to Retrieve Your Account Password (or reset it)

Can’t remember your password? Don’t worry. There’s an easy solution!

Step 1: 

Go to the Cinebody App or mobile browser and select “log in”.

Step 2: 

If you get a notification that says “Cinebody wants to Use “cinebody.com” to Sign In”, click “continue”.

Step 3: 

At the bottom of the screen, select “Don’t remember your password?”

Step 4: 

Enter your email address and click “send email”. You will receive an email to reset your password.
