Photo Capture

As a filmer, you can now capture and upload your photos to any project with your desktop browser. Just follow these steps:

Taking Photos in the Shot List

  1. Log-in to Cinebody and enter the project using the CODE or project's smart link
  2. Go to the shot list and select the "photos" shot
  3. Select the blue camera icon
  4. Give permissions to Cinebody to allow access to your camera and microphone
  5. Click the gray button to snap a photo! You can snap photos one after another - just stay on the same screen and click the button again.
  6. To exit the camera, click the "X"
  7. To view your uploaded photos, go to the clip grid. A green check mark means that your photo has been uploaded successfully!

*Note: Photos can only be taken and uploaded to "photo-specific" shots or the "free shoot" option.

Uploading Existing Photos From Your Computer

  1. Next to the blue camera icon on the "photo shot type," select the up arrow instead of the blue camera icon to upload existing photos and screenshots on your computer.
  2. Tap on the photos you want added to the project and hit 'select'
  3. Navigate to the clip grid to check that your photos have been added successfully. Keep in mind that you can upload up to 50 photos at once.
    1. We support the following file types: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, TIFF and SVG

And that is how you capture and upload photos in Cinebody!

*Note: This feature is enabled for Pro accounts only.*
